Quick Take 🍌

The Sun is card XIX.

After The Moon leads the Fool through shadow, symbol, fear, and uncertainty, The Sun brings direct light.

This card is joy.

Clarity.

Vitality.

Innocence.

Open-hearted life force.

The Moon teaches night vision.

The Sun brings daylight.

The Fool has walked through the inner marsh.

Now the divine child rides out beneath the great star of life, waving the banner of simple aliveness.

The monkey mind spent the Moon path decoding every ripple.

The Sun says:

Ride the horse.

Wave the banner.

Let the light hit the face.

Some teachings are beautifully simple.

The Monkey Doorway 🐒

The Fool comes out of The Moon path slowly.

The dog has quieted.

The wolf has faded into the distance.

The crayfish has returned to the water.

The towers are behind.

The long night has done its work.

Then the horizon brightens.

Gold spills over the path.

The whole world becomes visible.

A great Sun rises with a calm face and rays stretching in every direction.

A white horse steps into view.

On its back rides a childlike golden monkey, bright-eyed, crowned with flowers, red feather dancing, banner lifted high.
